Successful execution of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects speaks of deep and trusted friendship between the two countries.

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2018 ) :Successful execution of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects speaks of deep and trusted friendship between the two countries.

This relationship is becoming stronger with passage of time; irrespective of change of governments, said Sindh Governor Muhammed Zubair. The Governor was speaking at the concluding session of the CPEC Summit and Expo-2018 here, said an official statement on Wednesday.

He said with the completion of the CPEC projects, economic activities in the country would get momentum. This would generate many job opportunities for the local people. In 2013, he said, the country faced challenges of law and order, and shortage of energy.

Over last five years, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz government through its best possible effort and commitment managed to overcome these two. The country has stepped in new era of construction and development.

Under the CPEC, big investment was being made in infrastructure, motorways, industries, energy, railways and ports in Pakistan. Through the CPEC, Pakistani and Chinese goods would get easy access to the international markets, he said.

He also described excavation of Thar coal as a big achievement of the present Federal Government, That, the huge deposits of black gold would help bring economic revolution in the country.
