Two pickpockets held; Rs.55, 000 and mobile phones recovered in Islamabad

The Golra police arrested two pickpockets and recovered Rs. 55,000, mobile phones and other items from them, a police spokesman said on Monday.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Nov, 2018 ) :The Golra police arrested two pickpockets and recovered Rs. 55,000, mobile phones and other items from them, a police spokesman said on Monday.

Following the few complaints of pick-pocketing, he said that SP (Saddar) Umer Khan constituted a team led by SHO Golra police station Arshad Ali to trace the culprits involved in this activity.

This team nabbed two pickpockets identified as Hamza and Barkhurdar Khan.

Police team also recovered Rs 55,000, mobile phones and other items from them.

Further investigation is underway.
