Ireland Choose To Bat Against Australia

BENONI, South Africa, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Sep, 2016 ) : Ireland won the toss and decided to bat in a one-day international against Australia at Willowmoore Park on Tuesday.
Australia gave a first international cap to seam bowler Daniel Worrall, one of three newcomers in their squad for a tour which also includes five one-day internationals against South Africa, starting at Centurion on Friday.
Ireland, who lost by 206 runs against South Africa at the same venue on Sunday, were again without experienced batsman Niall O'Brien, who slipped in his hotel bathroom on Sunday morning and suffered concussion.
Ireland made one change from Sunday's team, with Barry McCarthy replacing fellow seamer Craig Young. It is the fifth meeting between the two teams.
Australia have won three times and one match was rained off.
In their most recent encounter, Australia won by 23 runs according to the Duckworth/Lewis method in a rain-affected match in Belfast in August 2015.
