Islamabad Region Wins National T-20 Match Agaisnt Karachi Blues

MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -12th Sept,2016) : Islamabad region won the last league match of second round cool & cool present Jazz national T-20 cup 2016 match by defeating Karachi blues with 18 runs.
The match was played at Multan cricket stadium. Islamabad region won the toss and elected to bat and scored 151 runs for loss of six wickets in 20 overs.
Raheel Majeed played well and scored 72 not out on 49 balls with five fours and two sixes while Abid Ali added 31 runs in the total.
Bilawal Bhatti, Muhamamd Asghar and Saeed Ajmal from Karachi blues took two wicket each. Karachi blues all team out, scored 133 runs in 19 0vers while 66 runs of Shahzaib Hassan could not bring victory for his team.
Adil Amin from Islamabad region took three wickets, Muhammad Irfan-2 and Zohaib Ahmad took two wickets each while Shehzad Azam took one wicket. Raheel Majeed was declared player of the match.
