European stocks steady at open 15 October 2018

European stock markets steadied at the start of trading on Monday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.1 percent to 7,004.03 points.

London, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Oct, 2018 ) :European stock markets steadied at the start of trading on Monday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.1 percent to 7,004.03 points.

In the eurozone, the Paris CAC 40 was unchanged at 5,095.12, compared with Friday's closing level.

The Frankfurt open has been delayed owing to a technical hitch.
