USA, China, UK Top Three Export Destinations Of Pakistani Products

The United States of America (USA) remained the top export destinations of the Pakistani products during the first ten months of the current fiscal year, followed by China and United Kingdom (UK)
ISLAMABAD, Jun 3 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Jun, 2019 ):The United States of America (USA) remained the top export destinations of the Pakistani products during the first ten months of the current fiscal year, followed by China and United Kingdom (UK).
The total exports to the USA during July-April (2018-19) were recorded at $3366.942 million against the exports of $3187.320 million during July-April (2017-18), showing an increase of 6.63 percent during the period, according to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
This was followed by China, wherein Pakistan exported goods worth $1476.297 million against the exports of $1453.055 million last year, showing growth of 1.59 percent.
UK was the at third top country where Pakistan exported products worth $1461.431 million during the current fiscal year against the exports of $1470.0554 million during last fiscal year, showing decrease of 0.58 percent, SBP data revealed.
Among other countries, Pakistani exports to Germany stood at $1081.154million against $1132.819 million during last year, showing increase of 4.71 percent while the exports to Afghanistan were recorded at $983.
202 million against $1301.615 million last year, the data revealed.
During the period under review, the exports to Spain were recorded at $780.425 million against $790.868 million whereas the exports to Italy stood at $649.502 million against $623.463 million.
Pakistan's exports to Bangladesh were recorded at $632.177 million against $589.453 million last year where as the exports to France stood at $376.172 million against $377.004 million.
Similarly, the exports to India during the period under review were recorded at $298.196 million against $337.145 million while the exports to Saudi Arabia stood at $ 273.734 million against $270.557 million.
Pakistan's exports to Indonesia were recorded at $212.769 million during the current fiscal year compared to $155.274 million last year whereas, the exports to Singapore stood at $224.979 million against $233.586 million, to Kenya $181.290 million against $247.988 million whereas the exports to Japan stood at $177.839 million during the current year against $182.827 million during last year.
