ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Apr, 2019 ) :Vice Chancellor Abbottabad University of Science and Technology (AUST) Professor Dr. Iftikhar Hussain on Tuesday said that we are working for the improvement of the standard of affiliated colleges.

He said this while chairing a meeting of the head of the departments of government postgraduate girl college No.1 Abbottabad.

Iftikhar Ahmed stated that soon we would bring reforms in the colleges through which we would raise the standard of education according to the international requirement.

He said that we would establish a board of studies and academic councils in affiliated colleges to implement semester rules.

We would also establish a coordination committee comprising a member each from affiliated college to bring reforms according to the modern and international standards, the VC said.

Earlier, the head of the departments briefed the VC about the BS program in government girls post-graduate college Abbottabad.
