Govt Committed To Improving Standard Of Life Of Tribal People: Deputy Commissioner Bajaur

Deputy Commissioner Bajaur, Usman Mehsood has said the government is committed to improving the standard of life of people of remote and backward areas of the district by providing basic and modern facilities to them.
The deputy commissioner stated this while speaking at the open court held by the local administration in the remote and backward area of Mandal of Salarzai Tehsil.
Member National Assembly Gul Dad Khan, senior officials of the administration and head of line departments were present at the open court, the first such event held by the local administration in Bajaur.
The DC said the administration on directives of Federal and provincial governments has decided to give special attentions to the remote and backward areas in the development funds as these areas have been deprived of basic facilities since along.
He said that such open courts would be held in different areas of the districts especially in remote and backwards parts of the region to know the problems and difficulties of residents.
The event was also addressed by MNA Gul Dad Khan and said the people of Bajaur would see visible changes in provision of basic facilities.
Earlier, the residents of the area have informed the officials about the lack of basic facilities in their area and said that Mandal is a remote and backward region of the district that had been deprived of all kind of facilities since along.
They thanked the deputy commissioner and MNA for arranging open court in the area aimed at knowing the problems being faced to the people owing to lack of facilities.
