LWMC Deploys Staff To Serve During Lockdown, Eid-ul-Fitr

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2021 ) :Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) has devised a comprehensive cleanliness plan to serve the citizens in a better manner during lockdown and Eidul Fitr holidays.
LWMC management Thursday issued an office order on the directions of CEO Imran Ali Sultan to deploy all the field operational and workshop staff to perform their duties as per routine in their respective field.
The administration also told that the staff that will perform their duties during holidays in respective field or offices will be compensated. Sanitary workers will be paid Rs. 500 per day whereas Rs.
800 per day will be paid to the drivers and technical staff for performing their duties on holidays.
CEO LWMC Imran Ali Sultan stated that the department is working day and night to provide exemplary cleanliness facilities to the citizens of Lahore. He also said that the LWMC performs its duties well on every occasion, festival and season adding that best standard of cleanliness would be maintained during Eid-ul-Fitr.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson of company urged the citizen to cooperate with LWMC and in case of waste-related complaints dial helpline 1139 or use mobile-based application Clean Lahore.
