Supreme Court (SC) Returns NAB Appeals Regarding Cancellation Of Bail Of Shahbaz, Fawad Hassan Fawad With Objections

Supreme Court (SC) registrar office has returned the appeal pleas filed by NAB regarding cancellation of bail in respect of Shahbaz Sharif and Fawad Hassan Fawad with raising objections.NAB had filed appeal pleas against grant of bail to Shahbaaz Sharif and Fawad Hassan Fawad in Ashiyana and Ramzan Sugar Mills cases

ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd March, 2019) Supreme Court (SC) registrar office has returned the appeal pleas filed by NAB regarding cancellation of bail in respect of Shahbaz Sharif and Fawad Hassan Fawad with raising objections.

NAB had filed appeal pleas against grant of bail to Shahbaaz Sharif and Fawad Hassan Fawad in Ashiyana and Ramzan Sugar Mills cases.The registrar office of SC while raising objections of articles and wrong numbering has returned the appeal pleas directing that these pleas be returned to court after removing the objections.
