Cultural Show Held In Honour Of Media Festival Delegates

A cultural show was held here Wednesday at Rooftop Theatre of Lok Virsa in honour of delegates of media house festival for peace and regional convergence organized by Mediothek Afghanistan in collaboration with German Embassy.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Sep, 2018 ) :A cultural show was held here Wednesday at Rooftop Theatre of Lok Virsa in honour of delegates of media house festival for peace and regional convergence organized by Mediothek Afghanistan in collaboration with German Embassy.

The participants included foreign delegates from Tajikistan, Afghanistan, students and youth ambassadors, while the artists of Pakistan included Wahid Bakhsh, Muhammad Akhtar, M Abdullah and Zafar, artists of Afghanistan Godar Zazai, Khalil Muhammad, Taj ud Din.

The artists of Tajkistan Parveen Yorova, Firuz and Zainorah got big applause from the audience.

The Pakistani artists presented famous traditional songs of all the four provinces, the artists of Afghanistan presented popular Afghan songs, while the Tajikistan singers presented songs in urdu and got big applause from the audience.

The event was attended by Executive Director, Associated Press of Pakistan, Akhtar Munir and senior journalists of twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
