Fans who can't seem to get enough of the two sharing screen space may be in for a treat according to reports that hint at the former flames reuniting for director Luv Ranjan's next.

According to latest reports, Deepika is all set to reunite with Ranbir after 2015's Tamasha', in the upcoming action-packed film that also stars Ajay Devgn.

Amidst speculation that the film will see Ajay play Ranbir's father, news of the actress joining in has only raised expectations from fans.The film, however, is only expected to go on floors by the year-end after Deepika wraps up work on Chhapaak' and Ranbir completes filming Brahmastra'.

Ajay's Calendar is also expected to clear out once he wraps up his period film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior'.
