Mardan (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd February, 2019) Renowned stage actress Gulalai was allegedly murdered after torture A dead body recovered from Chora police jurisdiction in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was identified as Pashto stage actress Gulalai.

Some unidentified miscreants had killed Gulalai after torture on Thursday. The actress was living with her newborn in Mardan.

Condemning the murder, the local artists have demanded justice for the actress.

They demanded that the persons behind the murder be brought to justice. The murder case has been registered by the father of the actress with the name 'Lubna'. Meanehile, the husband of the actress has gone missing after the incident. According to police, three persons have been named in the case. The police have started investigation into the murder.
