Brazil Embassy Holds Jiu-Jitsu Competition

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Nov, 2018 ) :The Brazilian Ambassador Claudio Lins on Sunday inaugurated the opening ceremony of the 2nd Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu here at the Amir Khan Boxing hall of Pakistan Sport Complex.
The event was organized by the Brazilian Embassy in Islamabad with the collaboration of different Jiu- Jitsu academies in Pakistan, said a press release issued here.
The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Master Carlos Almeida was also present on the occasion. He was invited to Pakistan for different seminars and training sessions in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. Among the invitees were the Ambassadors of Korea, Egypt and Argentina.
The Brazilian Ambassador appreciated the efforts of different academies in Pakistan for the promotion of the Jiu-Jitsu game and also congratulated the winners.
