China Accepts Russia's Offer to Become Partner of MAKS-2019 Air Show - Russian Minister

KUNMING (China) (UrduPoint news / Sputnik - 21st September, 2018) China accepted Russia's offer to become a partner of the 2019 MAKS International Aviation and Space Show set to be held in Zhukovsky near Moscow, Russian Trade Minister Denis Manturov said on Friday.

"For the first time we will change the format of the MAKS International Aviation and Space Salon.

We offered China to become a partner country ... Our counterparts agreed and accepted our invitation," he told reporters.

Manturov also noted that China had been invited to be a partner of the Innoprom industrial exhibition a few years ago, and the event was conducted on a decent level.

The MAKS-2019, one of the world's largest aviation shows, is expected to be held on July 23-28.
