Russia Sets No Preconditions For Negotiations With Ukraine - Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 08th November, 2022) Russia is not putting forward any preconditions for negotiations with Ukraine, but Kiev must show goodwill, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko said on Tuesday.
"There are no preconditions from our side, except for the main condition that Ukraine show goodwill," Rudenko told reporters.
