British Stocks Up 0.39 Pct Tuesday

British stocks rose on Tuesday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index up 27.85 points or 0.39 percent at 7,226.05 points. Evraz, the international mining group, soared 6.60 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips.
