Tokyo Stocks Open Softer

Tokyo, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Oct, 2021 ) :Tokyo stocks opened slightly lower Monday as investors awaited corporate earnings and Japan's upcoming general election.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index eased 0.14 percent, or 39.68 points, to 29,028.95, while the broader Topix index inched down 0.10 percent, or 2.02 points, to 2,021.91.
