Islamia University Bahawalpur Announces Schedule Of Its Merit-based Admissions For MPhil, PhD Programmes

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Jan, 2019 ) :Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB) has announced the 'admissions schedule' of its merit-based programmes, offered in the spring semester, 2019.

The last date for the admission is February 8. The programmes offered include Ph.D, MS/M.Phil, a press release said on Tuesday.

All those interested for admission have been advised to submit online admission forms for MPhil and PhD programmes on IUB website before the stipulated date.

Admission forms could be downloaded from the University's official website.

Test/interview for the admission would be held on February 11 which will be intimated by the department concerned. First Merit-list would be displayed at the University's website on February 12 and classes would commence on February 18, said Director Admissions.

He said that all the departments will strictly follow the prescribed merit criteria, in order to accommodate the talented and well-deserved students. This is also aimed at ensuring quality education at the higher education level, he added.
