The health department teams will administer anti-polio vaccine to 1,371,200 children in the district during a three-day campaign starting from April 22

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2019 ) :The health department teams will administer anti-polio vaccine to 1,371,200 children in the district during a three-day campaign starting from April 22.

The health department has assigned duties to 3,298 fixed,mobile and transit teams to accomplish the task.

This was explained in district polio eradication committee meeting held with Additional Deputy Commissioner (general) Mian Aftab Ahmed here.

He directed for strictly implementation on micro plan chalked for anti-polio drive.

He directed the Social Welfare Department for holding awareness seminars at tehsil level for parents about benefits of police drops by including the NGOs in the campaign.
