4 Azad Jammu And Kashmir Accountability Bureau Officials Held Over Corruption Charges

Azad Jammu and Kashmir Accountability Bureau Monday nabbed four officials of district Hattian on corruption charges after their bails were canceled by a two-member bench of Supreme Court
According to accountability bureau, Tariq Riaz, Nadeem Hassan, Muhammad Imtiaz and Muhammad Ilyas had secured bail from the Supreme Court after they had been charged in an embezzlement of more than 60 million rupees in Assistant commissioner's office using fake signatures of higher officers.
The bureau had move a plea in the Supreme Court for cancellation of their bails after securing solid evidence against them.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Chaudhary Ibrahim Zia and Justice Saeed Akram cancelled the bail request after which they were held by the accountability bureau.
The bureau also arrested another official of electricity department after cancellation of his bail before arrest from the same court in another corruption case and shifted him in a safe house for investigation.
