Chief Justice Of AJK High Court Approves Transfers Of Tehsil Qazis

The Chief Justice of AJK High Court, Shariat Appellate Bench approved the transfer of some Tehsil Qazis in the greater interest of the court, it was officially said

MIRPUR (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jan, 2019 ) : The Chief Justice of AJK High Court, Shariat Appellate Bench approved the transfer of some Tehsil Qazis in the greater interest of the court, it was officially said.

According to a notification issued by Deputy Registrar AJK High Court on Friday, Muhammad Muzaffar Raza, Tehsil Qazi, Jhelum Valley has been transferred and posted as Tehsil Qazi Barnala while Masood Ahmed Tehsil Qazi Barnala was transferred and posted as Tehsil Qazi Sharda.

Zahoorul Hassan Tehsil Qazi Sharda was transferred and posted as Tehsil Qazi Hattian Bala.

The CJ also approved transfer and posting of Hafiz Sardar Muhammad Akram Khan district and session judge Haveli (KahOta) who was presently on sharia course.

Khan was posted against the vacant post of director general human rights in HC Muzaffarabad.
