Ex-Secretary of AJK Legislative Assembly, late Sardar Muhammad Ashfaq Khan was laid to rest at his native village in Sudhanoti district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.

MIRPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2018 ) :Ex-Secretary of AJK Legislative Assembly, late Sardar Muhammad Ashfaq Khan was laid to rest at his native village in Sudhanoti district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.

Funeral prayer of late Sardar Muhammad Ashfaq Khan, father of Deputy Speaker AJK Legislative Assembly Sardar Farooq Tahir, was offered in Sudhanoti.

AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan, ministers, members of AJK Legislative assembly, civil servants and others attended the funeral prayer.

The AJK Prime Minister on this occasion paid rich tribute to Sardar Muhammad Ashfaq Khan for his long meritorious services as Secretary AJK Legislative Assembly and prayed for the rest of the departed in eternal peace and grant of fortitude to the bereaved family to bear the loss with courage.
