AJK Premier Meets PA Speaker

LAHORE,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Sep, 2016 ) -Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider met Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Muhammad Iqbal here on Thursday. The two leaders discussed important matters especially with regard to Kashmiris' struggle for independence.
Both were convinced that efforts on the part of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to highlight Kashmir issue on international for a were commendable. AJK Premier vowed to bring a radical change in the lifestyle of the people of Azad Kashmir."Provision of cheap and prompt justice,protecting their rights and playing a positive role in country's development and progress is among our top priorities",he highlighted.
He said people of Kashmir were with Pakistan and unprecedented victory of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz in recently held election was a clear proof of it.
Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Muhammad Iqbal observed that Kashmiris were rendering colossal sacrifices to get rid of India's cruelties.
He said Kashmiris could not be deprived of their right to independence. He was of the opinion that criticism just for the sake of criticism was not in wider national interest. He urged all political forces to exhibit a sense of responsibility and solidarity at this crucial juncture.
The Speaker maintained that Pak Army always kept national interests at highest priority and offered matchless sacrifices.He said the country under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would continue to make progress at a brisk pace.
