Commissioner Hyderabad Asks WASA Not To Grant Permission For Cutting Road

The Commissioner Hyderabad Muhammad Abbas Baloch has directed the management of Water and Sanitation Authority (WASA) not to grant permission of road cutting and if necessary on technical grounds, the roads should cut along the green belts.
Presiding over a meeting here at his office on Friday which reviewed the implementation on the orders of Water Commission of the Supreme Court, the Commissioner said that the construction of roads required huge amount and cutting of roads without planning damaging roads and making shabby condition.
He said that permission should be granted only on technical grounds with clear instruction not the damage the costly roads unnecessarily.
The administration is responsible of making city neat and clean, the Commissioner said and directed the Additional Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad to submit detail reports on the implementation of orders which issued by the Water Commission to WASA, HMC and Hyderabad SITE Association of Trade and Industry .
