Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Amjad Ali has won PK-7 with 19460 votes.
Swat (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Amjad Ali has won PK-7 with 19460 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PK-7 Swat-VI constituency with 19460 votes.
In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Mehmood Jan was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 12583 votes. The second runner up was Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan candidate Hashmat Khan who got 6684 votes.
At least 17 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PK-7. In 2013 elections, there were 120866 voters registered in PK-7, out of which 57838 votes were polled out.
In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 47.85 %. Detailed results can be found here
