ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Jun, 2018 ) :Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has claimed the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) would win the upcoming general election with majority on the basis of its government's performance.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the people would give their decision on the polling day, July 25 , and that would hopefully in favour of the PML-N.
Abbasi said the party would contest the election on the narrative of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and that was to uphold the sanctity of vote.
The people were least concerned about the cases against Nawaz Sharif and his family, and knew that it was only the PML-N, which could resolve their problems, he claimed.
He said it was unprecedented that Nawaz Sharif had made 100 appearances before the court .
