According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-35 Naushahro Feroze-III constituency with 38432 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Altaf Hussain Unar was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 23624 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Sohail Anwar Siyal who got 21180 votes.

At least 24 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-35. In 2013 elections, there were 118902 voters registered in PS-35, out of which 67989 votes were polled out.
