Kashmore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Sardar Ghulam Abid has won PS-5 with 29809 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-5 Kashmore-II constituency with 29809 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 34158 votes. The second runner up was National Peoples Party candidate SHAHRAYAR KHAN SHAR who got 27605 votes.

At least 27 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-5. In 2013 elections, there were 130805 voters registered in PS-5, out of which 82084 votes were polled out.
