KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Nov, 2017 ) :Chairperson, Sindh board of Investment (SBI), Naheed Memon Thursday stressed the need for setting up agriculture market to get benefit not only from growing fields but also selling the same.
She stated this while addressing the participants of 24th Mid-Career Management Course at National Institute of Management Karachi, said a statement issued here. Naheed said that for establishing a good agriculture market there is a need to improve quality of the yield.
She said that the Sindh government through enterprise fund is trying to provide assistance for the production and go-down purposes and also willing to develop special economic zones in the province.
The provincial government is also building an economic zone under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) at Dhabeji, she added. Naheed also emphasized the need to raise awareness among farmers, masons and common people through education of improvements regarding agriculture production.
