Summary Forwarded To President For Withdrawal Of Custom Act In Malakand: KP Governor

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th july,2016) : The Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Engineer Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has said the Provincial Government forwarded the summary regarding withdrawal of implementation of Custom Act in Malakand Division to the President and hoped that the issue would be resolved very soon.
He was talking to a 27-member delegation of Malakand Division led by Advisor to Prime Minister, Amir Maqam at Governor's House here on Thursday. Beside others, District Nazim Swat, Muhammad Ali Shah, MPA Rashad Khan, Ex-MPAs Qaimoos Khan, Sarzamin Khan, Malik Jehanzeb Khan, Tehsil Nazims and leaders of PML-N Malakand Division were also present on the occasion. The delegation apprised the Governor about the grievances of the people of Malakand Division regarding implementation of Custom Act in the area. The Governor assured his full support to resolve the issue smoothly and on priority basis.
