Three Held For Kidnapping Youth In Sialkot

Police claimed on Tuesday to have arrested three persons for allegedly kidnapping Abdul Rehman, son of Mubeen Javaid Cheema, a local exporter
According to police, Iqbal, Asadullah and Hamza had kidnapped Abdul Rehman from Fatehgarh locality, Sialkot and later released him after getting Rs 1 million as ransom from his family three days ago.
Senior police officials said a special police team headed by inspector Haji Muhammad Javaid (SHO Sialkot Saddar police station) and ASI Rana Faisal traced the accused by using scientific methods of investigation.
The police have also recovered ransom amount of Rs 1 million from the kidnappers.
Inspector General of Police Punjab Amjad Javaid Saleemi has announced Rs 200,000 cash prize and commendatory certificatesfor the raiding police team.
