Trials For National Women Volleyball Championship On Aug 20

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th August, 2016) : Sindh Volleyball Association (SVA) has announced that trails for selection of team Sindh to participate in National Women Volleyball Championship will be held on August 20 at Physical College Karachi. Media coordinator of the championship and joint secretary Sindh Volleyball Association, Pervez Ahmed Shaikh said in a statement here on Wednesday that players of all affiliated units and educational institutions could participate in the trails to start at 3:00 pm at the college. President Sindh Volleyball Association Naeem Zafar Shah has appointed former principal of Physical collage and secretary SVA Shahid Masood as convener of trails and coaching camp while international volleyball players Mazharuddin Memon, Masroor Yar Khan and national coach Furqan Hussain would serve as members, he informed.

National Women Volleyball Championship will be held from September 1 to 4 at Karachi.

Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), Higher education Commission (HEC), WAPDA, Railways, Pakistan Army, and Navy have been invited to participate.
