Karachi Kings beats Quetta Gladiators in second encounter of PSL 2018. Imad Wasim took two crucial wickets of Asaf Shafiq and RR Rossouw and helped his team earn first even win against Quetta Gladiators in three seasons.
Dubai (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Feb, 2018) Karachi Kings beats Quetta Gladiators in second encounter of PSL 2018. PSL 2018 witness another upset on another day. Karachi Kings led by new captain Imad Wasim thrashed Sarfraz Ahmed's Quetta Gladiators by 19 runs.
Thanks to Imad Wasim's brilliant opening spell, Karachi Kings bowlers restricted Queta's batsman on 130.
Imad Wasim took two crucial wickets of Asaf Shafiq and RR Rossouw and helped his team earn first even win against Quetta Gladiators in three seasons.
Umar Amin remained top scorer for Gladiators by scoring 31 runs. Earlier, Karachi Kings batted first after winning the toss, and had set target of 150 runs for Quetta. CA Ingram scored quick 41 run to help his team achieve defendable target.
