Sahiwal division Kabbadi team Friday won the gold medal by defeating Faisalabad division team by scoring 41 against 40 points in Punjab U-16 Kabbadi championship being held in Lahore

CHICHAWATNI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2019 ) :Sahiwal division Kabbadi team Friday won the gold medal by defeating Faisalabad division team by scoring 41 against 40 points in Punjab U-16 Kabbadi championship being held in Lahore.

The wining team was led by Shah Jahan Butt.

Divisional sports Officer Akbar Murad informed this while giving details of the contests.

He said a total of four contests were held in the first phase of the tournament in which Sahiwal division clinched the top position in Kabbadi and second position in boys category's cricket and boxing contests.

He however, said Sahiwal division remained at fourth position in girls cricket contest. He also said Sahiwal division's Kabbadi team defeated Sargodha division in semi-final by 36 points against 27.
