First Cyber Harassment Helpline Introduced In Pakistan

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th November, 2016 ) : The country's first cyber harassment helpline starting is going to be launched by the Pakistani digital rights organization, the Digital Rights Foundation (DRF) on 1st December with a soft-launch that took place at the Hamara internet conference in Islamabad today.
A statement has been issued last week which states the motive of the helpline to be the provision of free, safe confidential service to victims of online harassment.The helpline will also facilitate the users with legal advice, digital security support, psychological counselling and a referral system to victims.The helpline can be reached by dialing a toll-free number : 080039393
