Results of PS-7 Shikarpuri-I Bye-Election held on 5 March 2018

The Bye-Election was held on 5th March 2018 in Provincial Sindh Assembly constituency PS-7 Shikarpuri-I. Abdul Bari Patafi from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians got 48390 votes and was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA). The first runner up was Mian Abdul Malik from Pakistan Muslim League (f) who got 37228 votes. Total 7 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates participated in the Bye-Election. There were total 179843 voters registered in PS-7, out of which 89946 votes were polled out, 87390 votes were valid and 2556 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 50.01 % for PS-7 constituency of National Assembly.
