European stock markets decline at open

European stocks deflated in opening trade on Tuesday after an underwhelming session in Asia

LONDON, Aug 8, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 08th Aug, 2017 ) - European stocks deflated in opening trade on Tuesday after an underwhelming session in Asia. London's benchmark FTSE 100 index fell 0.1 percent to 7,524.07 points.

In the eurozone, the Paris CAC 40 retreated almost 0.2 percent to 5,200.20 points compared with the closing level on Monday. Frankfurt's DAX 30 was more than 0.1 percent lower at 12,239.78 points.
