Shipping Activity At Port Qasim 31 Dec 2018

Four ships, Msc Bilbao, Glorious, Gas Esco, Cl Belle, carrying Containers, Diesel oil, LPG, and Coal were allotted berths at Qasim International Container Terminal, Fotco, Evtl and PIB Terminal respectively on Sunday.

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Dec, 2018 ) :Four ships, Msc Bilbao, Glorious, Gas Esco, Cl Belle, carrying Containers, Diesel oil, LPG, and Coal were allotted berths at Qasim International Container Terminal, Fotco, Evtl and PIB Terminal respectively on Sunday.

Meanwhile one more ship, Maria-III also arrived at outer anchorage of Port Qasim during last 24 hours.

A total of nine ships were occupied at PQA berths to load/offload Containers, Talcum Power, Coal, Soya bean seeds, Palm oil, LPG and LNG respectively.

A total cargo handled at Qasim Port on Wednesday was 98468 tonnes, comprising 63605 tonnes imports cargo and 34863 tonnes export cargo, inclusive of containerized cargo carried in 1444 Containers (TEUs), (272 TEUs imports and 1172 TEUs exports) was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.

Four ships Maersk Jalan, Maersk Salina, Gas Amazon and Al marwab were sailed during last 24 hours.

Four ships MSC Bilbao, Glorious, Gas Esco and Cl Belle scheduled to load/offload Containers, Chemical, Coal, and Diesel Oil areexpected to take berths at QICT, FOTCO, EVTL and PIBT on Monday.
