Better education is necessary for successful practical life of children and for that reason parents and teachers shall pay special attention on the education and training of children.

This was stated by Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad, Abrar Ahmed Jaffar while talking to principal and teachers during the visit of Benazir District School-1 on Monday.

He appreciated school administration for providing better education and training to children of poor and middle class families of Nawabshah and adjoining areas free of cost, which would help them in reaching the higher education institutions. He later visited different classrooms, computer laboratory and drawing hall and asked questions from students.

On the occasion Headmistress of the school informed that at present more than 500 students were getting free and better education here despite shortage of teaching and non teaching staff.

Earlier DC Abrar Ahmed Jaffar visited Transit Points set up for administration of polio drops and took a view of work of Polio teams.

He instructed Polio teams to pay special attention on maintaining temperature for Polio vaccine. He also instructed to avoid negligence in administration Polio drops to children below the age of five years and traveling in vehicles. He also checked the vaccine carried by Polio teams and its record.
