Korean Delegation Visits University Of Agriculture Faisalabad

A Korean delegation visited University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) and called on its Vice Chancellor Dr Zafar Iqbal Randhawa.

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Sep, 2018 ) :A Korean delegation visited University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) and called on its Vice Chancellor Dr Zafar Iqbal Randhawa.

The Korean delegations comprised Oaks CAF Executive Director Seo, Oaks UAF Director Lee, Yulim Choe and Dang Changgwon from National Institute of Animal Sciences, Cho and Kimuk from Cattle Breed Improvement whereas UAF ORIC Director Zahir Ahmad Zahir, Planning and Development Director Irfan Abbas, Dr Khurrum Zia and others attended the meeting.

They meeting discussed the opportunity of establishing a Korean Agricultural Machinery Training Center at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad.

The Korean delegation told that as per research in the livestock, the milk production per cow had increased form 9 liter per animal to 32 liter per animal.

Dr Zafar Iqbal said that Pak-Korea High Tech Innovation Center would be established at the varsity so that we get benefit from each other's experiences.

He proposed Agricultural Machinery Training Centre under Innovation Centre, and said that the university was taking all possible steps to strengthen its ties with educational and research institutes worldwide.
