AIG Karachi chairs law & order meeting

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th july, 2016) : The Additional Inspector General of Police (AIGP), Karachi, Mushtaq Mahar, Chaired a meeting to review law and order situation including investigation of high profile cases. A police statement here on Tuesday said that the AIGP also gave directives in this regard.

He also called for beefing up security arrangements in the metropolis and also called for promoting the community policing. Mahar also directed extra-ordinary security arrangements for the on going six-day anti-polio drive which had commenced in Karachi from July 25. He said that such security arrangements should also be made for anti-polio drive in other districts in the province.
