Autopsy Of PK-661 Air Crew Members Allowed

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Jan, 2017 ) : The Investigation board for crashed Pakistan International Airline flight PK-661 in Havellian on December 7, was allowed on Tuesday to get conduct autopsy and intoxication of any illicit drug of air crew members.
The District Magistrate Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) in reply to a letter by Joint Director (Medical, Airport Manager Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Islamabad, Dr. Ejaz Ahmed allowed to conduct autopsy.
The Joint Director CAA had requested that an autopsy of air crew of crashed flight PK-661 be carried out with indication of any illicit drug as per mandatory requirement for Investigation Board, a notification issued in this regard said.
Mentioning Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PINS), the District Magistrate ICT said in the notification, in view of request to conduct autopsy and intoxication of any illicit drug of air crew members of crashed flight for Investigation Board, is hereby allowed.
