District Administration Takes Notice Of Unavailability Of Meat

The district administration swung into action following complaints of unavailability of meat, sending two contractors to jail for 15 days for their failure to supply enough stocks of meat to the city.
ASTORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th May, 2018 ) :The district administration swung into action following complaints of unavailability of meat, sending two contractors to jail for 15 days for their failure to supply enough stocks of meat to the city.
Acting on complaints, Magistrate also imposed fine of Rs 10,000 on another contractor namely Shaukat for maintaining inadequate supply of meat besides sending Syed Muhammad Ali Shah and Muhamad Ayun to jail for 15 days.
Food Inspector Akhunzada informed that two contractors violated the agreement and took law into their own hands by suspending meat supply to the Astore city, adding no one would be allowed to create artificial shortage of daily use commodities and fleece customers.
