Fesco BoD Meeting

FAISALABAD, Nov 3 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) : A meeting of the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) Board of Directors (BOD) was held under the chair of Chairman Khurram Mukhtar on Thursday.

CEO Fesco Rasheed Ahmed Aslam, Board Directors Ch Javed Kamal, Abdul Hameed, Rana Ehsan Afzal, Mian Zahid Aslam, Company Secretary Ather Ayub Ch and Chief Financial Officer Zahid Aslam also attended the meeting.

The board approved bifurcation of 11-KV Railway Road feeder emanating from 132-KV Jhang-II Grid Station under Ashraf Shaheed Sub Division because the Fesco has to bear huge loss in shape of line losses.

The board approved Rs 360 million for purchasing of 12-Kanal of land for new 132-KV SPS Grid Station. The board also approved Rs 6 million for shifting of HT/LT lines from residential areas of NA-83. The board approved promotion of 12 SDOs (BPS-17) to XEN (BPS-18). Similarly, the board approved up-gradation for posts of technical supervisory staff from BPS-15 to BPS-16.
