Great Enthusiasm Of Different Political Parties' Supporters Witness In NA-53

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Oct, 2018 ) :A great enthusiasm was witnessed by the supporters of different political parties who gathered at G-7 polling station to cast their vote for their candidates in NA-53.
A tough fight was expected between Ali Nawaz Awan from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and candidate of Pakistan Muslim League -Nawaz (PML-N) Waqar Mumtaz.
Tight security measures were taken on the polling booths with deployment of security personnel from security agencies including police."Everything was well organized and there was no mismanagement at the polling stations," said a voter while casting his vote.
NA-53, Tanveer Hussain Shaheed Model College for Boys (VI-XII), G-7/4 (Male) comprised of two polling stations where registered voters were 451 of one polling station out of 932.
In male polling station out of 1185 registered voters, as many as 415 cast their votes till 1 pm while in another male polling station out of 781 votes as many as 210 votes were polled.
The polling station No 223 Ali Abbas Shaheed Model school G 6-/2 consisted of six polling booths, three for male in which number of registered voters were 388,187.
Another�booth for males contained total 1144 registered voters out of which 300 votes were polled, in the third booth for males total number of voters were 463, out of which 170 were polled.
