Hajj Training Mandatory For Officials, HGOs

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th August, 2016) : The Ministry of Religious Affair and Interfaith Harmony has made the training for Hajj mission officials and Hajj Group Organiser (HGOs) mandatory. The orders have been issued to avoid rush at Mina.

Each HGO and Hajj mission official would submit a written certificate of having know how about their group's schedule of performing Hajj rituals.

The HGOs, officials failing to participate in the training session would be imposed heavy fines from Zil Qad 25, said a press release. Counsul General of Pakistan, Shehryaar Akbar Khan and Chairman Moaisa South Asia Rafaqat Badr said that the training and knowledge about time frame of performing Hajj rituals have been made mandatory to avoid rush keeping in view the last years unfortunate incident of Mina.
