NHA Auctioned 110 Vehicles Worth Rs129.49 Million So Far

National Highway Authority (NHA) has so far auctioned 110 vehicles in Rs129.49 million as per the special instructions of Minister of State for Communications Murad Saeed.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Oct, 2018 ) :National Highway Authority (NHA) has so far auctioned 110 vehicles in Rs129.49 million as per the special instructions of Minister of State for Communications Murad Saeed.
The NHA Lahore office Monday auctioned 24 vehicles and collected Rs34.99 million, a press release said.
A large number of purchasers participated in this process of auction while NHA Member Administration Ali Sher Mehsud and Member Central Zone Naveed Iqbal Wahlah were also present on the occasion.
It is worth a mention that the NHA has auctioned 62 of its vehicles in Islamabad office through open auction and generated Rs60.
29 million while 15 vehicles were sold in Peshawar office fetching Rs20.3 million and 9 vehicles worth Rs10.13 million were sold in Abbottabad.
The 94 more vehicles will be presented for auction in various offices of NHA including 16 vehicles in Multan to be auctioned on 24 October, 10 vehicles in Sukkur to be auctioned on October 26, 13 vehicles in Karachi to be sold on October 29, 35 vehicles in Quetta to be auctioned on October 31 while 20 vehicles will be sold in Gigit on November 5 respectively.
The NHA has selected 219 vehicles for open auction out of which 42 are luxuries vehicles.
