Pakistani artist makes Mohammed bin Salman’s portrait as special gift

The artist took one week to make the oil painting of the Saudi crown prince. 

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 16th February, 2019) Pakistani artist Rabia Zakir has made a beautiful portrait of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to present him as a gift upon his arrival.

According to media reports, the artist belonging to Islamabad has prepared this special gift for the Saudi crown prince.

The artist took one week to make the oil painting of the Saudi crown prince.

Rabia Zakir said that it was difficult to add Mohammed bin Salman’s expressions to the painting.

She further said that she wishes to present this portrait to the Saudi crown prince herself.

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will arrive in Islamabad on Sunday on a two-day official visit to Pakistan on the invitation of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The Crown Prince will be accompanied by a high-powered delegation including members of the Saudi Royal family, key ministers and leading businessmen.

This will be the first state-level visit of the dignitary to Pakistan since his elevation to the position of the Crown Prince in April, 2017.

During his stay, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia will be signing a number of agreements and MoUs in diverse sectors.

The two countries will also discuss ways and means to develop a robust follow-up mechanism to ensure effective implementation and quick progress on tangible areas of cooperation.

Arrangements have been made to give a historic welcome of the Saudi crown prince and his delegation.
