PMA Appreciates PM's Priority For Health Sector

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Aug, 2018 ) :Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) appreciated the commitment of Prime Minister Imran Khan to give priority to health sector in his address to the nation on Sunday.
PMA General Secretary Punjab Dr Kamran in his comments praised Imran Khan for highlighting the health problems of common man, children and women especially complication in pregnancy related problems.
The PMA leader said the government should take all the stakeholders of the health sector in confidence to frame a solid health policy and achieve the desired results as per commitment of the prime minister.
He urged the PTI government to enhance the capacity building of institutions to make them strong and result-oriented.
He suggested to eradicate VIP culture in public hospitals where the common man had to suffer due to lack of facilities.
The PMA leader vowed to cooperate fully with the government in this regard.
